Refunds and Cancellations
Courses & Scheduled Content Courses
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For pre-recorded content such as courses and drip courses, we offer a 14-day no questions asked refund policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of purchase, simply reach out to us, and we will process a full refund.
Events, Workshops & Single Sessions and Readings
For live online or in person events and workshops, we understand that plans can change. Refunds are available up until 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the event. If you need to cancel within this window, please contact us to process your refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event.
Recurring Weekly, Monthly or Quarterly Services
For recurring services such as financial advisory, we require 30 days' written notice if you wish to cancel your service. Once a contract has been signed and work has commenced following the introductory meeting, no refunds will be provided. This ensures that we can maintain the quality and integrity of the services delivered.
Community Membership
Community memberships are flexible, and you can cancel at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for any previous payments made. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your membership will be terminated.
Fulfillment and Delivery
Courses & Drip Courses
Upon purchase, access to courses and drip courses will be provided within 24 hours or on the scheduled launch date. For drip courses, content will be delivered in intervals as outlined in the course description.
Events, Workshops, & Single Service Engagements
For online events and workshops, we will send the relevant access details via email 24 hours and 1 hour before the start of the event. This ensures you have everything you need to participate in a timely manner.
Recurring Monthly or Quarterly Services
Services for recurring engagements will be delivered according to the terms outlined in the services contract, which is finalized during the onboarding process. Delivery schedules are customized based on the agreement made with each client.
Community Membership
Once you sign up for a community membership, access will be provided via email within 24 hours. This will include instructions on how to access the membership portal and start engaging with the community.
